What we collect
When you submit a quote request we receive the name, phone number, email, zip code, project details and any photo you send. When you call, the phone system records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Our site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited; it uses cookies and collects device and usage information.
How it is used
We use your request and call to connect you with a local installer who can quote and do the work, and to follow up on your request. Call recordings are used for training and quality purposes. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share your request with the local installer who will quote it, and with service providers that run our phone line, website and analytics. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
